Our house rules
At Nine on Mitchell, our goal is to create a home where everyone feels comfortable, safe, and respected. Shared living works best when we’re all considerate of one another, so these house rules are here to support a positive environment for all tenants. By following them, we can ensure our space remains welcoming, enjoyable, and stress-free.
NO smoking is permitted anywhere in the building at any time. This is a fire hazard and a breach of your Tenancy.
NO pets of any kind are to be kept on (or in) the premises – this includes feeding strays and/or “pet-sitting”.
NO illegal activity allowed on the premises.
NO harassment, threatening behaviour or intentional damage of any form will be tolerated and may result in immediate eviction.
No excessive drinking is permitted on the premises.
No parties or loud music are permitted at any time. If you would like to play music please use your headphones.
To avoid risk of fire, heaters must be switched off when the room is unattended. This includes heat pumps.
Washing machine and dryer are not to be used after 10pm at night.
Dishwashing liquid, toilet paper and bin liners are provided for your convenience. All other personal items are your own responsibility.
No personal items are to be left in the common areas.
Tenants must not cause any interference with the reasonable peace, comfort or privacy of any other tenant on the premises. This includes your guests - please ensure you comply!
Please report any maintenance issues or damage as soon as possible.
